Cook the bacon to your preference. I like to bake my bacon on a baking sheet at 425 degrees for approximately 20 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Chop the bacon into small bits.
In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, bacon, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, red pepper flakes, and shredded cheese.
Cut the tops off of each pepper. Cut the pepper in half vertically, so you end up two long halves.
Put the filling into a piping bag or a gallon size bag. Cut the tip off the end of the bag.
Gently pipe a generous helping of filling into each pepper slice.
Place the stuffed peppers on a foil lined baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is slightly browned.
