Meet CAROLINE

Caroline is the owner of Honeysuckle Cakes & Pastries. She grew up baking anything she could in the kitchen with her mom. For her 18th birthday, she was given her own KitchenAid mixer. She spent the next few years baking for all her brothers' friends, even winning over the heart (and stomach) of her brother's cute friend, who is now her husband.

After years of baking trials, both successful and (more often) unsuccessful, she has mastered her trade of cakes and pastries. While desserts are made to be beautiful, Caroline believes in never compromising the flavor for the sake of design. She knows at the end of the day, this delicate dessert should taste like a miracle in your mouth.

Caroline is a graduate of Auburn University where she studied Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. She enjoys the business operations side of the company almost as much as she adores the baking.
