Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 3 slices bacon, cooked
  • 1.5 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 10-15 mini sweet peppers

Instructions

  • Cook the bacon to your preference. I like to bake my bacon on a baking sheet at 425 degrees for approximately 20 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • Chop the bacon into small bits.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, bacon, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, red pepper flakes, and shredded cheese.
  • Cut the tops off of each pepper. Cut the pepper in half vertically, so you end up two long halves.
  • Put the filling into a piping bag or a gallon size bag. Cut the tip off the end of the bag.
  • Gently pipe a generous helping of filling into each pepper slice.
  • Place the stuffed peppers on a foil lined baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is slightly browned.
